Ellipses… a small, special character. Used by writers to slow down, create a pause, and indicate thinking.
⚫️ 1 thought: If you need to hear this 🪶
You are worthy of love and acceptance. You ARE loved and accepted. There is nothing you can do or say that would make you unworthy of love.
Find your people—the ones who love you for who you are. If you have these people, hold onto them tightly. Gather them like beloved trading cards and hold them tight to your chest.
You’re resilient and have faced low lows, high highs, and potential trips to the moon and back. Your strength shines through tragedy.
This life is yours to own. Dig to the depths of your values to build your most aligned life. Absorb the good and expel what no longer serves you.

⚫️ 1 journal prompt: Stop ruminating in its tracks 📔
While you can journal about what you did that day, journaling can be more poignant if you work through a situation that you find yourself chewing on, time and time again. Some things that come to mind for me:
Why do I feel so digitally disorganized?
Is it better for me to spend my early morning reading or exercising?
Why am I obsessing over a new purchase?
By going through any of these and using the Why Dive method, you can be your own life coach or therapist and pull the answer out of yourself. Give it a shot, and let me know how it goes.
Thanks for reading!
Hit reply or comment on the post to chat further on any of the above. I love to hear from you. See you next week.
Be safe and well,
